Inclusions:

One Love offers two options for coaching programs. The 4-week basic program is meant to provide a solid foundation of cannabis education so you can make informed and beneficial decisions about purchasing and using cannabis to its fullest potential to help with whatever has led you to cannabis. It begins with a 2 hour initial consultation in-person or via Zoom. This is followed by 3 weeks of 1-hour sessions per week, for a total of 5 hours of time with a cannabis professional.

The enhanced 8-week optimal health personal coaching program is designed to create a radical shift in your health and well-being. It is the most comprehensive service offered by One Love and is a great choice for those who want someone to support them every step of the way and to help figure out what works best by working closely together to monitor the physical, mental, and emotional changes experienced through cannabis use. It works best for goal-oriented individuals with a coaching mindset, who are willing to follow guidance and take direction. It begins with a 2 hour initial consultation in-person or by video chat. This is followed by 7 weeks of 1-hour sessions per week, for a total of 9 hours of time with a cannabis professional.
